报告人简介：Dr. Wanquan Liu is an Associate Professor at Curtin University. He obtained his PhD from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1993, Master degree from Chinese Academy of Science and Bachelor from Qufu Normal University. He was honored the prestigious ARC Fellowship from Australia Research Council, U2000 Fellowship from University of Sydney and JSPS Fellowship from Japanese Science and Technology Society.  He once worked in University of Western Australia, University of Sydney and Motorola Research Centre in Sydney in Australia. His research areas include control system theory, signal processing and computer vision. He is an Associate Editor for seven international journals currently and has published over 100 papers. He has attracted over A$2.2 million from different resources.
